Things are getting back to normal time-wise at home, and I've finally completed the commentary on our Austin photos which are now online. You'll see photos of Erin singing, the Texas Capitol, a July 4th concert with fireworks, more than one million bats (really!), the Johnson Presidential Library, the Dr. Pepper museum, the Branch Davidian cult site, President Bush's "hometown" of Crawford, a beautiful sunset, and half a ton of cheddar cheese. 159 photos in all - phew!
If you'd like to read more about our time in Austin, please take a look at this blog entry from July 3, and this one from July 6.
Not the most exciting place, but I've just posted 16 photos from Fort Stockton, TX. This was a one-night stop between Austin, TX and Roswell, NM. Stockton, and especially the RV park, is truly in the middle of nowhere. But there was some lovely scenery and a bit of humor on the part of the park's staff. Enjoy!
